What to include
A message goes much faster with a couple of specifics:
- A bug or an empty result? The YouTube link, the phrase you searched, and whether captions are on for that video. If captions were off, that alone explains the empty result.
- A transcription that looked wrong? The timestamp and the line, so we can see what happened.
- Something about the service? A sentence is plenty.
Please do not send links to private or paywalled content.
